This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed, in compliance with applicable Indian laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

The product is damaged, defective, or leaking
You received the wrong product
The product is significantly different from the description

To be eligible:

Product must be unused
Must be in original packaging with all labels intact
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is compulsory for any claim related to:

Damaged product
Missing items
Incorrect product

No video = no claim.
Not because we enjoy being strict, but because fraud exists and we prefer not to fund it.

3. Return Window
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Requests after this period will not be accepted
4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible:

Used perfumes
Opened or tested fragrance bottles
Items without original packaging
Clearance or final sale items

Perfume isn’t a T-shirt. Once opened, it’s yours for life.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Issue description
Clear photos/videos (including unboxing video)

6. Return Approval
Requests are reviewed within 48 hours
Once approved, we will:
Arrange pickup (if available), or
Provide return shipping instructions
7. Shipping Responsibility
If the issue is our fault β†’ we bear return shipping cost
If the return is for other reasons β†’ customer bears shipping cost
8. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after:

Product is received and inspected
Claim is verified and approved

Refund timeline:

Initiated within 5–7 business days
Credited within 7–10 business days to original payment method
9. Replacement Policy
Replacement is offered if stock is available
If not, refund will be issued
10. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
11. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

12. Grievance Redressal
